Of course there is no discussion about NXT being a third brand or how its better but here’s how I would book it.

Show: Hell in a Cell(2019)
Ok lets make it clear, The Fiend beats Seth CLEAN. No questions about it. No DQ finish or anything like. Just The Fiend beating Seth clean at HIAC. But also at HIAC, after Chad Gable beats King Corbin...the lights go off. All you here is “SHOCK THE SYSTEM”. The lights turn back on and a member of the EU is on each side of the ring. Chad Gable stands scared if they are going to come at him. But they go after Corbin first. Chad thinking he’s okay goes to leave only to get hit with a super kick from Adam Cole. They clear the ring and get in their pose. Security comes running down to take the wrestlers who hi-tail it out by going in the crowd.

Show: RAW After HIAC
Seth cutting a promo on how he failed to win against the Fiend. It goes on and on until Triple H comes down. Telling Seth he isn’t the person he was when he made him the Future of WWE, but instead of Future of WWE is and will be NXT. Leaving Seth speechless as Hunter leaves the ring.

Show: Smackdown after HIAC
Baron Corbin comes down to the ring demanding that the Undisputed Era come down and apologize. Instead HBK comes down. Shawn Michaels tells Corbin that none of NXT needs to apologize to him. Corbin goes to land a cheap shot but is hit with a sweet chin music.

Seth Rollins voices his opinion on a rematch against the Fiend at Crown Jewel. The Fiend plays mind games with him by teasing him saying he’s not as good and that Triple H will replace him. It gets to Rollins head and says that he can beat anyone from NXT. Such bold claim earns him a match against an NXT wrestler, he wins he gets the title shot. He doesn’t, he doesn’t get a rematch.

Show: Smackdown
Baron Corbin warms up for his rematch against Chad Gable. Chad Gable comes down to the ring but doesn’t know what just happened to Corbin. As he awaits for Corbin, the UE’s music hits and Roderick Strong comes walking down. Chad Gable is confused but the match is set. Chad Gable vs Roderick Strong. The match starts and they put on a pure technical match. Roderick Strong picks up the win and flexes the North American Title.

Seth awaits for his NXT opponent. But it isn’t a current NXT opponent but an NXT Alumni. It’s KEVIN OWENS. The two put on a good match but Seth ultimately gets the win. After just barely coming close to losing. The Fiend plays some more mind games on Seth by taunting him and his NXT past and how great he use to be. Meanwhile, the OC cut a promo about being the best and that no one can beat the US champion AJ STYLES. But then Johnny Gargano comes down and challenge Aj Styles to a match. Johnny comes close to winning multiple times but the OC cause a DQ, leading to them about to give Gargano a beating when Humberto comes down to save Gargano with a chair in his hands.

Show: Smackdown
On Smackdown, Corbin expresses how he wants a face to face with the UE. Instead Roman Reigns comes down. The two have a match and Roman wins. Nothing really special except in a segment backstage Keith Lee and Matt Riddle are shown to be on the blue brands turf.

Show: Raw before Crown Jewel
More mind games are played on Seth while Aj challenges Humberto to a match. Except its against Karl Anderson and not Aj Styles. Humberto wins and everything moves on.
